🌍 📖 Today in Emotional Management Rubrics, I Would Like to Post My Own Reflection having named it "The Paradox of the Broken Mirror".
How often do we reflect or actually care knowing that somewhere with a distance of only 3 hours by plane from our houses people open their eyes in the morning to the sound of artillery, or the quiet ache of a completely empty stomach?
They don’t look at their phone to check notifications for often useless or mean messages; they look around the room to see if their family survived the night. And when they realize they did, a silent, profound prayer of gratitude leaves their lips. They have nothing no security, no certainty, no comfort yet they find a way to thank the universe for another 24 hours of breath.
‼️This is not a distant, abstract thought for me. This reflection is born from the heavy reality of my own relatives, who are living right now under falling bombs, trapped in constant fear under a cruel Wheel of Fortune.
They face the raw, unvarnished truth of survival every single day. Seeing their reality makes it impossible to stay silent about the sheer absurdity of human conflict. ‼️Any kind of war is the creation of small, mean minds—a horrific regression that simply should not exist in the consciousness, thoughts, or behaviors of educated and psychologically stable individuals.
🤔Why has humanity always suffered from wars and conflicts that brought destruction, death, tears, suffering, and abandonment... yet we never learn?
Yet, while they fight for their next breath, a devastating paradox unfolds in the quiet safety of our modern lives. Many of us wake up in soft beds, surrounded by abundance, only to instantly begin building labyrinths of dark thoughts.
📌We poison our own existence with petty grievances.
📌We waste our finite, precious energy on negativity, judgment, and manufactured drama, letting lies distort our reality and feed our internal chaos.
📌We turn minor inconveniences into tragedies, drowning in a sea of complaints while holding a cup that is already running over.
‼️Those who have every reason to despair often find the strength to cherish a single sunrise.
‼️Those who have every reason to rejoice often choose to blind themselves, slowly suffocating their own peace with anxiety, bitterness, and anger.
🤔Why must we wait for life to break us completely before we learn to appreciate it?
🤔 Why do we require a tragedy to finally see the magic in an ordinary, peaceful day?
Instead of learning the lesson, human beings so often enter the same toxic waters. We turn the same wheel of complaints, repeating the same cycles of ungratefulness, over and over, until the clock runs out. And then… the end.
‼️Life is not a dress rehearsal. It is a fragile, heartbreakingly beautiful gift. 🙏Let us stop poisoning our own well.
🙏Let us cherish it, protect it, and take care of it, instead of throwing it away on the illusions of darkness.
🍀🙏🍀 Maybe if we start to actively spread compassion, respect, and love toward each other, the outer wars will finally stop. Because in the end, everything is about energy. What we feed inside ourselves is what we project onto the world.
Let us shift the frequency and lets just Live.

E' possibile ricostruire sulle vecchie ceneri o e' meglio guardare solo avanti?

📖The Harvest Moon in Aries: Couraging Your Next Chapter
The cosmic tides are shifting, and the energy right now is electric. Just days after the Autumn Equinox, we are sitting under the potent glow of the September Full Harvest Moon in Aries. This isn't just any full moon—it’s a powerful celestial bridge between gratitude for how far you’ve come and the raw courage required to step into what’s next.
🍀The Metaphysical Shift: Fire Meets Fog. With the moon in the fiery, independent sign of Aries, you might be feeling a sudden surge of passion, a desire for raw truth, and a pull toward personal freedom. However, because this moon sits closely with mystical Neptune, there’s also a dreamy, intuitive fog in the air.
‼️The message from the universe? You don’t need to see the entire staircase to take the first step. Trust your gut.
📖🕯The "Count & Clear" RitualTo help you channel this intense, beautiful energy, try this simple but transformative ritual tonight:
📌Count Your Harvest: Light a white or red candle. Write down 3 to 5 things you’ve successfully cultivated, learned, or survived this year. Read them aloud and let that gratitude anchor you.
📌Clear the Space: On a separate piece of paper, write down the lingering self-doubt, people-pleasing habits, or hesitations that are holding you back. Safely burn or tear this paper up to symbolize your release.
📌Ignite the Aries Fire:
Look at your gratitude list and commit to one bold, courageous action you will take this week to honor your true path.
‼️Take a deep breath, let go of what was, and step boldly into what is.
❤️Tell me in the comments: What is one thing you are celebrating harvesting from your life this month, and what are you ready to leave behind? Let’s support each other in the comments below!

E tu, quanto tempo fa ti sei concessa/o l'ultima camminata consapevole?
Prenditi cinque minuti oggi.

📌Possiamo sentirci vuoti, smarriti, profondamente stanchi.
QUALI SEGNALI FISICI POSSIAMO PERCEPIRE?
📌Stanchezza intensa e persistente, anche dopo aver dormito
📌Difficoltà ad addormentarsi o risvegli frequenti
📌Bisogno insolito di dormire molto
📌Tensioni muscolari, soprattutto a collo e spalle
📌Mal di testa o sensazione di pressione
📌Disturbi digestivi, nausea o alterazioni intestinali
📌Cambiamenti dell’appetito
A CHI PUO SUCCEDERE?
📌grandi cambiamenti o perdite
📌separazioni o lutti
📌esaurimento e forte stress
📌crisi personali o professionali
📌cambiamenti profondi nelle proprie convinzioni

PROBLEMI ALLA GOLA: Legati all'espressione.

📖 The Pisces Eclipse and the Karmic Portal: The Power of Forgiveness .
Today, August 28, 2026, we are not simply witnessing a Full Moon and a profound Lunar Eclipse. We are immersed in a true portal of karmic purification.
Eclipses act as powerful accelerators of destiny. When they occur in the mystical waters of Pisces—the sign of infinity, surrender, and dissolution—the Universe calls us to settle accounts with the past, dissolving the knots that still block our evolution.
The KARMIC WORK of This Eclipse
In metaphysics, Pisces represents the ocean where everything merges: joys, sorrows, past lives, and ancestral memories.
This eclipse brings unresolved karmic patterns to the surface—those lessons we have not yet learned that continue to repeat themselves through relationship dynamics, emotional patterns, or inner blocks.
The highest karmic work being asked of us today unfolds in two fundamental steps, guided by humility and unconditional love:
📌Asking for Forgiveness
Even in the Silence of the Soul
Recognize where you have caused pain, where your ego has taken over, or where you have betrayed yourself.
📌Saying sorry—whether through a sincere message or through a deep meditative intention directed toward the soul of another—can help break the bond of suffering that has kept you attached to that situation.
📌Seeking and Granting Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not an act of weakness toward another person. It is an act of profound respect toward yourself.
Forgiving those who have hurt us—and, above all, forgiving ourselves for the mistakes of the past—means reclaiming our vital energy.
‼️Resentment is a karmic debt we continue to pay; forgiveness is the receipt that marks the debt as settled.
The Full Moon Karmic RITUAL
If you feel the weight of past dynamics slowing down your journey, dedicate a moment tonight to this practice of release:
📌Identify the Knot
Close your eyes and bring to mind the person or situation toward whom you feel resentment, or toward whom you feel you have a moral debt.
📌Set Your Intention
Say silently or aloud:
“I am sorry. Please forgive me. I thank you for the lesson. I release you, and I release myself into the light.”
📌Let Go
Visualize a silver energetic thread that once connected you. See it gently dissolving into the waters of Pisces, returning freedom to both of you.
‼️Eclipses cleanse the sacred space of our souls.
‼️REMEMBER‼️Only by releasing the burdens of the past can we walk lightly toward our highest purpose.
This is the moment to lighten your heart. Is there a situation or a person you feel called to forgive today?

There is another question I receive very often:
“HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?”
After working as an emotional management practitioner since 2016 and witnessing the journeys, patterns, emotions, and dynamics of so many clients, my answer is simple:
‼️A session needs to last long enough for me to understand the origin of what is happening.
I don't believe in rushing through symptoms just to finish within a certain number of minutes.
I need to understand where the imbalance began, what created it, what keeps feeding it, and where the emotional or energetic blockage may be.
‼️Because what we see on the surface is often not where the real story begins.
There can be many factors behind a blockage: emotional experiences, relationships, environments, unresolved situations, accumulated stress—and, for people who understand life through an energetic perspective, experiences that leave them feeling energetically attacked, drained, or unprotected.
And this is also something we need to learn: how to protect our energy, how to establish boundaries, how to recognize what belongs to us and what doesn't, and how to stop allowing everything around us to enter our inner world.
Because the people we surround ourselves with matter.
I have learned to appreciate people with a positive template—people who bring peace rather than chaos; people who know how to respect boundaries, communicate without humiliating, listen without constantly judging, take responsibility for their actions, keep their word, celebrate others without jealousy, and love without needing to control.
People who talk less and act more.
People who don't need to shout in order to be heard.
People who don't attack others simply to prove a point, feed their ego, or convince themselves that they are right.
And then there are the dynamics that leave us exhausted:
Constant shouting. Attacking. Blaming. Manipulating. Competing. Proving. Controlling. Creating conflict just to feel powerful.
Very often, underneath all of this, there isn't strength.
There is deep dissatisfaction, sadness, insecurity, and an inner world that still needs attention.
And that work has to begin with ourselves.
Because at some point, we all deserve to reach a place where we can smile sincerely, breathe freely, feel safe within ourselves, and live without constantly fighting everything around us.
So, how long is a session?
‼️Normally, 60 minutes.
However, sometimes I extend the session when a specific moment requires more time. I don't believe in abruptly stopping when something important is unfolding.
But there is another part that is even more important than the clock:
‼️Your willingness.
For me, the most meaningful moment is when I see movement in my client—when I feel collaboration and hear:
‼️”Yes. I want to do it.”
Because if you don't want to participate in your own process, it simply doesn't make sense.
Imagine bringing food to someone who isn't hungry.
You can prepare it with love. You can spend your time, energy, money, and intention choosing and preparing the best food.
But if the person isn't hungry—or takes one bite and walks away—the food is wasted.
In the same way, when someone comes to a session without the willingness to participate, they may lose their time, money, energy, motivation, self-esteem, and trust in their own ability to change.
And the practitioner also gives something precious: time, attention, emotional presence, knowledge, energy, and intention.
This work is not something I do to you.
‼️We do it together.
And how often should you have a session?
For many people, I recommend 1-2 sessions per week, especially when we are actively working through something that requires continuity.
Why?
‼️Because consistency matters.
Imagine wanting to teach a baby to speak, but talking to them only once a month.
‼️It doesn't work that way.
Progress needs contact, repetition, attention, and continuity.
Of course, every person and every situation is different. We evaluate the individual circumstances and adjust accordingly.
But one thing remains essential:
‼️You have to want to be there.
You need to be willing to participate in your own process. You need to be able to engage with the work, and we need to trust one another.
You and I are not on opposite sides.
‼️We are a team.
I bring my experience, observation, knowledge, presence, and guidance.
You bring your honesty, willingness, openness, and commitment to yourself.
And together, we work toward one thing:
bringing you back to yourself.

This post was inspired by the sessions I am currently guiding, where I often see how deeply our emotional field can influence the way we communicate with our children.
So, relationship between parents and teenagers: how can we create more harmony in this relationship and avoid those “sharp edges” that can so easily turn a simple conversation into an argument?
Adolescence is a delicate and powerful transition.
A teenager is discovering their identity, their independence, their boundaries, and their place in the world.
And suddenly there is the phone, the friends, the need for privacy, the “I don’t care,” the short answers, the resistance, the desire to do things their own way.
And as parents, we can easily experience this as rejection.
"He doesn't want to spend time with me anymore."
"She doesn't listen to me."
"Why has everything changed?"
"Why do we have to argue about everything?"
But what if we looked at it from another perspective?
Maybe they are not rejecting us. Maybe they are learning how to separate from us in order to discover who they are.
This is where our emotional field becomes so important.
When we respond from fear, frustration, disappointment, or the need to control, we often enter the conversation already emotionally charged. And then even a simple request can become a spark.
But when we learn to recognise what is happening within us before we react, we create a different space.
A space where we can listen without immediately correcting.
Set boundaries without turning them into a battle.
Say “NO” without breaking the connection.
Give them space without experiencing that space as rejection.
Being a parent does not mean becoming your child’s friend.
It means becoming a safe and grounded presence they can return to, even while they are learning to move away from us.
From a holistic perspective, we can see relationships as a shared field. When one person changes the way they hold and respond to their emotions, the entire relational dynamic can begin to shift.
It is not about controlling the other person.
It is about returning to your own centre.
Before asking your teenager to change their tone, ask yourself:
“From what emotional state am I speaking?”
Because sometimes harmony does not come from finding the perfect words.
It comes from the inner place from which those words are spoken.
This is at the heart of my work in Emotional Field Management: supporting people in recognising, listening to and rebalancing their emotional field, so they can experience their relationships with greater awareness, presence and harmony.
We cannot control another person’s field.
But we can learn to care for our own.

📖When the Energy of Others Enters Our Field
In holistic and metaphysical traditions, the evil eye is often described as an energy—intentional or unconscious—fed by jealousy, anger, envy, resentment, or ill will.
🍀When a person is emotionally vulnerable, they may feel as if their “field” has become weaker: apathy, exhaustion, confusion, loss of motivation, a sense of being blocked, or the feeling that they are no longer fully in control of their own life.
🍀From an energetic perspective, however, there is an interesting idea to reflect upon.
‼️When we are vulnerable, the environment around us and the people we interact with can deeply influence our inner state.
This is why, in holistic practices, spending time in nature can be so meaningful: walking among trees, breathing fresh air, being surrounded by mountains, water, silence or snow, and simply allowing ourselves to slow down.
Nature can become a symbolic space for returning to ourselves. It does not judge, demand, manipulate, or ask us to be anything other than what we are. It reminds us of a simpler and more natural rhythm.
‼️If someone feels that they have been deeply affected by a difficult interpersonal dynamic, it can also be helpful to temporarily reduce communication with people or situations that destabilize them and reclaim their personal space.
And here comes a very subtle point.
‼️Sometimes the people around us genuinely believe they are doing the right thing. They believe they are protecting us, helping us, loving us, advising us, or taking care of us.
And yet, without realizing it, they may begin to enter too deeply into our personal space, our decisions, and our healing process.
From a metaphysical perspective, one might interpret this as the way a negative dynamic continues to maintain its influence—not necessarily through a “bad” person, but through relationships and behaviors that unconsciously feed fear, dependence, confusion, or loss of autonomy.
This is why sometimes healing requires silence and distance.
📌Not explaining everything.
📌Not responding to everything.
📌Not allowing everyone into our private space.
📌Not constantly searching for answers outside ourselves.
Coming back to ourselves.
‼️There is also something fascinating to observe in nature.
When an animal is injured or extremely vulnerable, it may seek a quiet, protected place and temporarily separate itself from the group. We should be careful not to assign a metaphysical meaning to this behavior, but biologically, seeking safety, rest, and reduced stress can serve an important function.
And it makes us wonder:
📌What if sometimes we also need to step away from the noise in order to heal?
📌Perhaps it is not about running away from people.
📌Perhaps it is about returning deeply enough to ourselves that we can recognize what nourishes us and what drains us.
📌Nature, silence, rest, healthy boundaries, and personal space can all become part of that return.
📌And when we feel stronger again, we can choose with greater clarity who we allow into our emotional space, our energy, and our life.
‼️❤️The deepest protection does not come from being afraid of evil. It comes from becoming conscious of who we are, honoring our boundaries, and allowing ourselves to protect our inner space.
