There’s a certain kind of magic that happens when I play. It’s not just about the sound. it’s the way it grounds me to the present. It turns the noise of the mind into something pure and still. As a mom, I’ve realized that I need at least one moment of connection every day. It’s the only way I can actually catch my breath and remember to be present in life and with my baby. 🤍 I used to think I needed hours of practice to find THAT SACRED, but motherhood taught me otherwise. A single moment watching the moon, the pure ring of a singing bowl, the quiet of a tree, the sun on my skin, the moment of watching my sleeping baby - it’s all magic. It’s all sacred. It’s all available 🤍

There’s something about this majestic flute from Peru that I can’t quite explain. Every time I play it during a session, the room atmosphere just shifts. So many of my clients tell me they go somewhere else they see visions, they “fly” or feel connection to something bigger or ancient. It has the resonance that softens you right in the chest and reaches a part of you that words can’t describe.
