March 8, International Women’s Day. Ideal time to pay tribute to 4 strong women in my life. Ida , my partner, is the CEO of Ouronyx ( The home of mindful aesthetics) . My daughter Caitlyn works at z7 Communications ( PR and Events agency) and just launched her own Longevity Muse.
My daughters in law :Bana has her own company , Trouso ( bridal and wedding styling) and Anastasia works at Petiole ( asset management) .
Both Ana and Bana are expecting baby boys in spring - the Princen tribe is expending !! I am excited with the first grand children on the way and I am very proud of what these 4 ladies have accomplished so far - and that is just the beginning !!

.This is the last of the May family trilogy. We celebrated Pascal’s birthday (55). Pascal is my sister Bea’s partner. Together they run a flourishing business in agriculture machinery in the heart of Haspengouw, known for fruit growth.( ). It is always humbling to stand next to a Fendt beast in their exhibition room 😁 luckily we also got great food and drinks ; from afternoon tea in London to a super birthday dinner at Angelo Rosso, Brustem, with Pascal’s family. Happy times 🎊🎉🎊!

May is family week; we used the opportunity of a long WE early May to invite Nonk Valere ( my dad’s younger brother) and Tant Jaklien for their first visit to London . A tremendous success as Ida and I ,with the support of my sister Bea and her partner Pascal , could show them in magnificent weather the best parts of London . A visit to Buckingham Palace , after noon tea at the Connaught, great dinners at Milos and Kerridge’s Bar and Grill, a superb soccer game at Craven Cottage ( Fulham- Manchester City), a visit to Ouronyx and most of all talking about nice memories and laughing a lot .
Superb moments in life and grateful to share them with delightful people 🤗🤗

A very nice May WE in Alken, Belgium, catching up with family from my mother’s side . Rene (89) and Jules (87) had important birthdays as well as marriage milestones to celebrate. Lovely to see them both shining and in great spirits looking forward to the next milestone.

This morning I ran into my son Mitch at the Zurich airport lounge . Me on the way to Berlin for our annual Mundipharma Leadership Conference ; Mitch on his way to Milano and Florence while starting his second week into a new exciting assignment as a Vice President Sales EMEA , Beauty and Home-care Business Unit at Fareva Corp France. It looks like time to pass on the baton slowly coming 😊

Salmon fishing in Norway- beginners luck . Beautiful nature - awesome feeling when you catch one. 15 min battle to bring a 85 centimeter male salmon on land. As it was a sporty fight I released him back into the Orkla .dk.ch

14.08. Returning home from Athens after a relaxing birthday WE, celebrating another exciting year to come ! Last year when a 6 appeared first time in front , it took me a bit of time to reflect and digest .And here we are now . A year further, 15 kg lighter and lots of enlightening experiences richer.
Good health is the biggest gift one can receive. You realize painfully when young people or close family members battle serious illnesses and have to leave this world far too early. Health is gift that you can support and maintain quite a bit yourself . I focused on paying more attention to sleep, better nutrition, regular sports and weight training,, glucose level monitoring , regular alcohol free periods. And feel much,much better and ready for what is to come.
Exciting things like leading a Pharma company together with many passionate employees, and supporting a start up with my partner, Ida, dreaming of creating our own unicorn .Spending regular and good time with my children.
It is all about your own mindset, being optimistic and looking at opportunities positively. While focusing your energy on what you can control. Ready for another exciting year 😊! Take good care all and thank you for the many nice birthday wishes 😊!
