I had a girls holiday! It was so much needed at the time and so glad I had it when I did! Cause between work being INSANE, packing up my home, volunteering &&&&& being a solo parent it came at the best time!This trip I switched off completely and planning the next one cause we all need a holiday in the diary (both child-free and with the babies!)

There’s lots of myths around breastfeeding usually to make mother’s feel guilty, but making informed decisions is so important!

Yes, I’ll enjoy an adult drink with a baby on my b**b.
No, that doesn’t make me a bad mother. Not even close.

There’s a huge myth out there that you can’t have any alcohol while breastfeeding, and that’s simply not true.
Ask a lactation consultant. Look at the science.

You’d have to be blackout drunk for enough alcohol to even reach your breastmilk.
And at that point, the concern isn’t your milk, it’s your ability to safely care for your baby.

So yes, I can breastfeed and still enjoy a drink (or two).
