As a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Sound Healing Therapist, I offer individual and group Sound Healing sessions as well as Hatha Yoga classes, to help you relax, release stress, and restore balance through mindful movement, breathwork, and sound.
✨ 1 minute to reset your body and mind. ✨
Just one minute a day to open your chest, release tension, and reconnect with your breath.
How to practice:
✨ Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position.
✨ Bend your elbows and bring your arms up to shoulder height.
✨ Inhale as you open your arms and chest.
✨ Exhale as you round your spine, bring your chin toward your chest, and gently close your arms.
✨ Repeat slowly, moving with your breath.
Move gently, without forcing, and let your breath guide the movement.
Try it tonight and notice how you feel. 🤍
↓ You don’t need a quiet mind to feel calm ↓
If you have ADHD, your mind might feel busy even when you really want to relax.
Racing thoughts.
Overthinking.
Feeling like you just can’t switch off.
But you don’t have to stop your thoughts to feel calmer.
Instead, bring your attention to your body.
Notice your breath.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice how your body feels.
When you shift your attention from your thoughts to your body, you give your mind something else to focus on.
This is body awareness. 🤍
SAVE this for the next time your mind feels overwhelmed.
↓ Calm is a skill ↓
If you have ADHD, relaxing can sometimes feel harder than it seems for everyone else.
Your mind is busy.
Your body feels restless.
And switching off doesn’t come naturally.
But that doesn’t mean you’re bad at relaxing.
Calm is something you can practice.
Instead of forcing your mind to stop, start by helping your body slow down.
A few conscious breaths.
A moment of body awareness.
A few minutes of stillness.
Small moments, repeated often, can teach your body what calm feels like.
So SAVE this as a reminder:
Don’t force calm.
Practice it. 🤍

ADHD reminder: your breath is powerful. 🤍
Taking just one minute to breathe with awareness can help you slow down, improve your focus, and reconnect with the present moment.
I hope you have a beautiful day. ✨
Your breath is powerful. 🤍
↓ Can’t fall asleep because your mind won’t stop racing? ↓
For many people with ADHD, the hardest part is falling asleep.
Racing thoughts.
An overwhelmed mind.
A body that just won’t seem to relax.
What you might not realise is that your breathing changes when you’re stressed.
That’s why a few slow, gentle breaths before bed can help support your body’s natural relaxation response.
Tonight, try this:
🤍 Breathe in slowly through your nose.
🤍 Let your belly gently rise.
🤍 Exhale slowly.
No pressure. No perfection.
Just one breath at a time.
SAVE this for tonight. 🌙
