Extras from my Little Explorer Collection are coming to the shop this weekend!! So naturally I had to take this opportunity to share with y’all the cutest sample that didn’t quite make the photoshoot window when this collection originally launched! We will have a little over 600 skeins available across all 10 colorways with lots of base options, all IN-STOCK (!!) and ready to be casted on immediately!

The speckles in my yacht club colorway really shine when worked in stockinette stitch, and the little tonal pops of Pistachio, Teddy, and Great Lakes make for the best complementary accents! I love how this piece has an heirloom quality about it fresh off the needles. 🙃

My last day dyeing yarn before maternity leave is here and I’m gonna miss this lil studio SO much, I can already feel it. 🥹 But I am really excited about all the things I was able to complete and set in motion before this day got here, like these first few colorways of my ninth Color Wheel Club! 😏👀 I’ve been so hyper-focused on making sure this summer will still give y’all lots of opportunities to create with my yarn! A palette of both speckled and tonal colorways will be coming, along with a few other fun surprises — more on that soon!

For a little recap of what’s been happening behind the scenes - I finished dyeing all the minis for Color Wheel Club No. 8 and got started with the first few of No. 9! It’s the highest quantity I’ve ever done, so using every corner of the dye studio is a must. It felt so surreal and so special to see how well-loved this club has been by you all, and it still blows my mind to see a single mini skein colorway fill an entire oven. So thank you!! 🫶🏻

I just had to share all these stunning WIP’s from our discord community, that feature last year’s advent palette and I can’t get enough of how uniquely beautiful each one is. 😍

Our 2026 Christmas Advent Calendars are in the shop and are going quickly (THANK YOU!! 🫶🏻) so if you were planning on snagging one from me this year, I’d recommend checking them out soon, because once they’re gone, they’re gone! Once the calendars sell out, I’ll also be taking down the day 25 add-on à la carte listing, so that would be a great time to double check your advent project plans to make sure you have enough! 🙃

Remind me again why I ever put this project down?! My 2025 advent themed by is SO fun to work on, and a knit that is constantly engaging with the rapid color changes and pattern construction itself!

I’m holding all of my minis along with a skein of Ice Queen on suri, and this silvery white never fails to bring my Christmas advents together beautifully (and it just might be available Saturday too!! 🙃)

I’ll forever love the built-in color changes advent brings, and I’m so excited to start designing this year‘s cohesive palette that while not a fade, will be an amazingly eclectic collection of colorways that all melt together!

25 one of a kind’s • one color story • watch them melt 🎨

My goal for this palette is to create something that melts into the unexpected, with plenty of layering (like peek that watercolor inspo! 🙃) and I want to really lock in when it comes to creating undertones that glow and capture - more movement, more contrast. Something with intentional freedom, not static, always shifting, and brighter than tradition.

As you all know, I love to feature all of my favorite colors in each year’s advent calendar, and I love how they are different each year! I’m excited to start experimenting again and watch the organic beauty unfold, one colorway at a time.

This year I will also be featuring another custom hand balm in a brand new scent by popular demand, and I’m already dreaming of the subtly melted and cozy scent it’s going to be!!

Some of my favorite moments from the studio lately. ✨🎨

We’ve been so busy working on dyeing up and processing the little explorer colorways for that mid-April ship date, and the next color wheel club set of one of a kinds! (I still can’t believe we’re on to the eighth installment!!) I’m already five mini skein colorways in, and am LOVING how where the set is headed. 🥹 The first batch of Riviera minis is also shipping out this week and it will be fun to see these bins slowly start to dwindle over the next few months!

I’m also going to miss seeing the yarn wall full of Maine extras but I’m so so grateful for all of you that shopped the update and showed up for this collection once again - thank you! 🫶🏻

Anddd I saved the best news for last - Advents are opening for pre-order April 11th at 6pm ET!!! 🥳 Based on all the emails we get, I seriously think it’s the most highly anticipated day in the R&R release schedule each year, which makes me so happy because I devote so much time and energy into making sure they’re *just right* and I can’t wait to get started on this year’s - so set those alarms if you don’t want to miss out!

Cosmos ✨ is a new OOAK that will be coming to the shop in tonight‘s update! This high contrast, ethereal colorway features an array of blues spanning from navy to cerulean, with large sections of magenta, and the prettiest nebula inspired violet - all topped off with the slightest accent of chartreuse!

I not only think it would look amazing made into a standalone piece, but I also think it coordinates so well with a lot of the tonals coming in tonight’s in-stock extras drop! Like just peek how amazinggg it is with the purple toned variant of Be Wherever You Are! 👀 That soft neon blue glow seriously makes them the perfect pairing!

The Noah Kahan inspired palette is coming back this weekend and I dyed so many extra skeins just for this update as a fun surprise! Only 48 hours left to shop this palette of colorways, and I’m honestly going to be sad to see them go, because there are so many amazing greens and blues to choose from, that I feel would make instant wardrobe staples! (Glowing Indigo sweater anyone ??👀✨) Some of the speckled colorways have unexpected elements of contrast that really gravitate well to this collection of tonals, and hopefully present y’all with a lot of possibilities in curating the perfect combination for your next project!

I always get asked what the best sellers are in a collection – and the best selling tonal is glowing indigo (can’t keep a good color down 😂) which still amazes me since it has come back a few times now. And the best selling new tonal is Great Lakes, the perfect denim blue! Altstadt was the best selling speckled, which has me feeling so excited to see what amazing art you make with it!

The pre-order will be closing this Thursday at 4pm ET and we plan to get it all shipped out by April 18th! I’ve been so excited to share these little baby samples with you, because like how cute are they all together?! 🥹 I wanted to bring certain design elements of the nursery to life in these colorways, so seeing them knit into actual samples brings me so much joy. Not to mention it’s got me thinking about how amazing some of them would be in an adult sizes featuring these colorways - and I love that a few of these patterns even have that as an option!
