Not to achieve anything. Not to work something out. Just to breathe, walk and be present for a while.

Sometimes we don’t realise how much we are carrying until we finally put it down.

I just went for a little walk to calm my nervous system because I was panicking.

I’d created all these stories in my head. I felt ashamed and was terrified of speaking my truth to someone. The more I thought about it, the bigger the stories became.

Then I stopped and reminded myself: just speak your truth.

So I did.

And do you know what? It wasn’t nearly as bad as I’d imagined.

So often we suffer more from the stories we create than from reality itself.

Sometimes all we need is the courage to tell the truth… and maybe a little walk in nature afterwards.

This was a reminder of something I keep forgetting.

When life gets busy, I try to think my way through everything.

But the body usually knows long before the mind catches up.

A few hours in nature.
Good people.
A little adventure.

And suddenly I can hear myself again.

The body speaks before the mind.

The question is: are you listening?

Some things change through conversation. Some things change through movement. And some things change in ways we can’t fully explain.

Wild Alchemy brings all three together in a one day in nature for people who feel like they’ve outgrown something, but aren’t quite sure what comes next.

A space where the work happens on more than one level. We talk. We move. We slow your system down enough that you can hear yourself again.

This is a collaboration between two practitioners who both work at that depth, and come at it from different directions.

I lead the nature experience, the movement, the somatic and presence work. The part that brings you back into your body and back to your own instinct. Years of helping people regulate their nervous system, reprogram the patterns they’re tired of repeating and feel alive in their body again.

Ilkhani brings the energetic and intuitive work, the subconscious reprogramming approached from another angle entirely. Over 800 sessions helping people access parts of themselves that conversation alone doesn’t always reach.

Different approaches. Same intention.

To help you see more clearly what is ready to stay, what is ready to go and what is waiting to emerge.

What happens when we do it together, in one day, is the part people can’t quite explain afterwards, only that something moved. And the people it happens to don’t talk about what we did. They talk about who they became.

“You’re here, but your mind is somewhere else.”
My boyfriend at the time said that to me years ago. He was right. For most of my life I wasn’t actually here, I was chasing the next thing, sure it would finally make me happy. The title, the money, the box ticking. I kept chasing it and still felt empty.

Then a childhood friend passed away and I realised I’m not a tree. If I’m not happy, I can move.

So I did the work. Years of it. And here’s the part nobody tells you: I’m still building. Still in the mess. And I’m happy anyway.

That’s the work I do now. Not “fix your life, then be happy.” Be happy while you build it. Because you’re already missing it.

Successful on the outside. Switched off on the inside.

Nobody would ever know. You’re capable, you’re reliable, you’ve got it handled. And quietly, you’ve stopped feeling any of it.

That’s not burnout. That’s not something broken in you. It’s disconnection - from yourself, your body, the things that used to make you feel alive.

The best feedback last week for Rise & Regulate wasn’t about the sunrise.

It was hearing people say:

“I didn’t know what to expect, but I want to come back.”

“The best start to the day.”

“I usually hate small talk, but I loved those conversations.”

That made me smile.

Because the swim, the movement and the coffee are great.

But what people seem to love most is starting the day feeling energised, connected and surrounded by good people.

One of the girls said “thank you, I needed that push to get out.”

That’s exactly why we started this.
Yesterday, 10 of us met at the beach before the world woke up. We swam, watched the sun come up, then walked to for coffee and fresh focaccia by . And somewhere between the first sip and the last bite, the conversation got real. About life, about the people around you, about how much lighter everything feels when you have the right ones beside you.

You don’t realise how much you needed it until you’re in it.
