I learned how to select the finest green coffee beans, roast them evenly in a hand held traditional roaster ( just like the one in my logo), grind and brew them to perfection. So I can have a quality time with my mother, because the whole ceremony takes about 2 hours. My mission

Coffee is not just a black caffeinated drink that you put flavours to drink it or to like it. All coffees have distinct flavour and aroma of their own, some tastes fruity, some tastes like cocoa or chocolate, some are citrusy, some tastes floral or spicy……the flavour and aroma of coffees differs based on the elevations, areas and climates of the region. If you haven’t experienced all these in your morning cup, maybe it’s because of the quality of the beans and the freshness of the roast. Are originated from Ethiopia. All Ethiopian coffees are produced from an old and naturally indigenous heirloom varieties in Ethiopia. My coffees are carefully selected and top quality beans and roasted in small batches with love here in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Behind the name SUNDAY(ሰንበቱ)
Sunday is actually the name of my dear Mother, Who left us very early and lives in us.
