Our Bra Balancers ™ are soft, natural-feeling silicone bra inserts designed to balance breast asymmetry.
They are sold individually and can be worn inside even a lacy, sheer bra to help fill the cup, even out your shape and create a more balanced fit when there’s a size difference between your breasts.

One of the things I love most about running Evenly is learning from our customers. 💜

Bra Balancers™ were originally designed to help women balance breast asymmetry, but over the years we've also had many women use them following breast cancer surgery.

Some wear them to balance a smaller breast following lumpectomy, reconstruction or radiotherapy. Others, like Kelly, wear a pair following double mastectomy to create shape and fullness in swimwear and clothing.

As we've listened to more of these experiences, we realised that our original sizing guidance didn't fully reflect the different ways customers were using the product.

That's why we've now introduced two separate sizing guides for Bra Balancers™:

✨ For Asymmetry Use – if you're balancing a smaller breast against a larger one.

✨ For Post-Mastectomy Use – if you're wearing the Bra Balancer™ against a flat chest wall.

The product hasn't changed, but our sizing guidance has evolved to better support the women using it.
