Another one for Top 5 PCA Scotland and achieving their physique goals.

Everyone is different, some want to showcase it on stage and become a champion whilst some just want to look and feel great in their own skin!!

The method I use however, is the same! And it works for everyone! All you need to do is commit and work hard and your physique goals will be there.

Most men tend to watch others win and make excuses!
So my ask to you is "DON'T BE MOST MEN"
Be the one who takes action like Charles did and now he's a champion and has a blueprint to stay at the top of his game!!

Age is just a number, here we have at 56yo looking absolutely awesome and showing people you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.

Charles took bodybuilding show over 50 at the wolverhampton last year!!!
The start of this season was a success!!! Our goal is to get better from competition to competition. This weekend we will continue with the PCA Scotland show in Perth
