Our Nurtured Mama Experience is a luxurious 45-minute treatment, thoughtfully designed to help you relax, recover and enjoy uninterrupted bonding time with your newborn in a safe, warm and peaceful environment.

We book a full hour for your appointment, so there’s no need to rush. You’ll have plenty of time to settle in, feed or change your baby if needed, and gently prepare for your treatment before your moment of relaxation begins.

As your baby sleeps peacefully on your chest, tucked safely beneath a soft blanket, you’ll enjoy a deeply relaxing neck, head and facial massage. This gentle treatment helps ease physical tension, calm the nervous system and provide a moment of stillness during the whirlwind of the fourth trimester, while encouraging the beautiful benefits of skin-to-skin bonding.

This is more than a massage—it’s an opportunity to slow down, breathe, reconnect with yourself and soak up those precious newborn moments in a calm, supportive space where both you and your baby are welcome.
