Did you know that your skin is your biggest organ?
We all use personal care products on a daily basis.
I have nearly 10 years of experience in the beauty industry - from managing a small beauty salon in Hammersmith, London to being part of the team in the beautiful Ayanna Spa in the famous Holland Park in London.
What I have learned from my experience is that the most important thing for keeping your skin healthy and glowing is your nutrition, hydration ( more on this will come soon) and that the skincare you use should gently support this and be like food for your skin.
When you see a face or body cream with a long list of ingredients think, can your skin take this all, would it be nourishing and supportive.
💁‍♀️ Your skin is your largest organ and as such has many functions. It protects you, regulates body temperature, excretes waste, feels, keeps you hydrated, stores fats, metabolises products, produces Vit D and many hormones and repaires wounds.
