Did you realise that we have 2 businesses in the Pot House Hamlet?

The Wellness Tower and Body Revive.

They are right next door to each other and although they are run as 2 independent business we share the same team and company values and ethics.

They are run on 2 different booking systems and payment systems.

You will still see the same friendly faces and reception staff who can help through both companies.

The main difference is within the services we offer.
Body Revive was born from me wanting to fix people, just like a sports therapist had helped me when I was injured. We have evolved over the many years and with adding in staff with different skills.

The tower came about through my own increased anxiety levels and the need for a peaceful space to calm my mind and nervous system.

Some things cross over but we stay separate as businesses.
