Where do I even begin…

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who supported my 24-hour Nailathon. Whether you donated, bought raffle tickets, shared a post, sent a message, popped in to see me, or simply cheered me on from afar. Every single act of kindness meant more than you’ll ever know.

I’m so proud to say that together we have raised £1,256 for HBA Support.

I’m not going to lie… those 24 hours were one of the toughest things I’ve ever done. There were moments where I was exhausted and wondered if I could keep going, but every message of encouragement, every donation notification and every smiling face that walked through the door reminded me exactly why I started.

This wasn’t just another fundraiser. This was for my dad.

After everything our family has been through since his brain aneurysm, being able to give something back to a charity that supports so many families facing similar journeys means absolutely everything to me. Seeing our community come together for a cause so close to my heart has been incredibly emotional, and it’s something I’ll never forget.

Life can change in a heartbeat. It can be unfair, overwhelming and incredibly difficult. None of us know what’s around the corner, but if there’s one thing this weekend has reminded me, it’s that kindness is powerful, and no one should ever have to face life’s challenges alone.

If sharing my family’s story or this fundraiser helps even one person feel less alone, then every hour, every aching back and every bit of tiredness was worth it.
