Try yoga with Jules and breathe new life into your body. Jules is a popular and experienced yoga instructor based near Basingstoke, Hampshire. She is known for her in-depth knowledge of yoga and meditation and for her light-hearted approach to teaching. Having relocated from Southampton recently, she doesn't currently have her own studio so she can teach you in your own home or online. She offers:
- Private lessons online or in person
- Couples or small group sessions online
- Bespoke workshops breaking down elements of the flow
