⚠️ IMPORTANT — CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY ⚠️

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I will now be strictly enforcing my cancellation and booking fee policy.

As a small, self-employed business, when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or someone doesn’t attend, that appointment is very difficult to fill. This means lost time, lost income and wasted products/resources — and unfortunately, I cannot continue to absorb these costs.

💗 My policy is as follows:

• A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment total on the day, with the remainder to be paid in cash only.

• 48+ hours’ notice: appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled without a cancellation charge.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: the booking fee will be forfeited. A 50% booking fee will also be required to secure your next appointment.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: the booking fee will be forfeited and a 50% cancellation charge will apply. Full payment upfront will then be required to secure your next appointment.

• No-shows: the booking fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be due, no future appointments will be booked until this is paid and the next appointment paid in full.

• More than 15 minutes late: your appointment may no longer be able to go ahead. In this situation, the booking fee will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be due.

• Booking fees are non-refundable.

I completely understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and I will always try to be understanding where I can. ❤️

However, repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows are having a direct financial impact on my business, and I simply cannot sustain losing hours of work and income in this way.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved exclusively for you and I turn other clients away to keep that space available.

Please respect my time and my business in the same way I respect yours. ❤️

Going forward, this policy WILL be enforced.
