Hi everyone 💗

I just wanted to post a little update and say thank you so much for all of your lovely messages🥰

As many of you know, I’ve recently had what doctors believe was a TIA (mini stroke)…. wtf?😂 as a healthy 26 year old girl I am shook & I’m still having investigations, but for now I’ve been advised that I can’t drive whilst they get to the bottom of it, and I’ll also be reducing my working hours for a little while… I’ll still be doing lashes, but I’ll be working shorter, less stressful days while I focus on myself (I think sometimes I put a lot of stress on myself to fit people in, work extra hours, try to exercise and maintain my lifestyle but clearly sometimes it can take its toll)

This has definitely been a reminder that health really is the most important thing❤️‍🩹 It’s so easy to take it for granted until something unexpected happens, and it’s made me realise how important it is to slow down and actually look after myself🤍
