The starting point: level 4 box dye that loved fading back warm.
The goal: cool blonde.
Did I promise we’d get there in one session? Absolutely not 😂
Did we somehow pull it off? Absolutely.
CPR, 3 HOURS of foiling, a pre-pig toner + final tone later… and would you LOOK at that transformation 😮💨

Today’s ingredients:
A few pesky greys
Some stubborn red undertones
Years of permanent box dye
And a client who basically said “do what you want”…
The only instructions: no more red tones, cool only & blend in my greys.
Say less. 😂
A cool-toned balayage + demi root blend later and voilà 🤌🏼
Sometimes you’ve just got to let me cook.
Where it all started…
Looking back at my first ever ombré/balayage really does make you realise how far you’ve come. My confidence grew, my passion grew with it, and somewhere along the way colour became the part of hairdressing I completely fell in love with.
Thank GOD for the evolution from ombré to balayage… but can we appreciate how ICONIC ombré actually was?!
Dark roots, blonde ends, Dream Matte Mousse & eyebrows hanging on by a thread. We ALL had the full look 😂
2010s us really thought we were something… and quite frankly, we were ICONIC.

I am a sucker for a strand test 😂 but for good reason. No nasty surprises, no guessing, no compromising the condition of your hair.
Different areas can lift completely differently, especially with a colour history, so this is where I can see what I’m working with, balance out any uneven lift and come into your appointment with a strong game plan.
