Im sorry......​I drifted.

​The first half of this year threw a lot at me, and somewhere along the line, I lost my way. I slipped straight into the abyss—away from the sun, away from the light, down into the hole.

​Sometimes it takes reaching the bottom of that pit to realize you've been keeping yourself trapped in the dark.

​For the past few weeks, I’ve been prepping for the UK Herbal Cup, centering my work on the Asclepian Temples of Ancient Greece—places where sacred rituals and dreams dictated a person's path back to health, purpose, and direction.

​After months of silence, a dream finally hit me:

​I was sitting in pitch black on a single lit plank, endlessly flicking fragile little pieces of black and red away into the void, occasionally consuming them. A loop of wasted energy.

​The message was brutal and clear: I’ve been keeping myself trapped in the dark, flicking away precious resources of time, knowledge, and expertise. The plank was a cage of my own making. All I needed to do was stand up and step off into the darkness.

​So, starting today, I’m stepping into the unknown. No more fear of what I can’t see. No more waiting.

​What’s Next: ​UK Herbal Cup Prep: Reclaiming my focus and building the vision. ​The One Spartan Curriculum: Redoubling my efforts to launch dedicated workshops in the New Year. ​Movement & Biomechanics: Bringing my expertise as a movement specialist, biomechanics coach, and barefoot movement practitioner back to the people who are ready to do the real work.

​To everyone who’s been waiting—thank you for your patience. The focus is back. The armour is strapped back on and  the work begins now.

The First Harvest: Time to Bank the Yield.

​Today is Lughnasadh (Loo-nah-sah)—the point in the year where potential ends and reality lands.

​Whatever abundance you're looking at right now isn't luck. It’s the direct result of your skill, your labor, and your intent over the last six months.

​To take the harvest, the growth cycle must end. You have to cut the grain, execute the pivot, and honor the effort it took to get here.

​Enjoy the sun today and feast on what you’ve earned. But remember: the harvest is how we prepare for the winter. Bank your gains, sharpen your craft, and stay ready for the road ahead.

Happy 12th birthday to my son!
​I can’t believe how fast it’s gone from him being a little baby, changing his nappies, spending all the time I can with him, and having adventures. From home educating him and teaching him skills to passing on lessons that will help him through his life, I’ve always tried to be a role model and show him how a man should be.
​Today is his 12th birthday and I’m so glad that I have this little lion in my life. I don’t know where I’d be without him. Just want to say I'm so proud of you. Happy birthday. 🦁🎂

The Tower Has Fallen. Time to Build.

​Since February, my life has been a relentless demolition derby. Relationships ended. Friendships faded. People close to me had medical issues arise. My laptop crashed with zero data retrievable. My car literally blew up. I had to pack up and move into my own domain, completely starting from scratch.

​By all metrics, everything from the start of this year is gone.

​But here is the reality: the "Tower Phase" only destroys what wasn't built to last. I’m still standing. I’m still moving forward, still learning, and still growing. If life wanted to break me, it missed its chance.

​I have nothing left to lose, which means I have everything to gain. I am ready for whatever the rest of this year brings—with open arms and an open heart.

Happy 4th July, Happy Indipendence Day.

 The Hijack

Today is the 4th of July. Everyone is talking about historical independence. I’m hijacking the day for a different kind of freedom.

​The Real Independence

True independence starts with the hard work of healing.

It’s closing the old wounds and breaking the patterns that once held me back.

It’s abandoning the comparison trap—the million-pound lifestyles and the 25k price tags that mean nothing.

I am don't need to compete. I am doing it my way.

 Striving for Worth

Independence isn't about becoming who you "used to be." It’s about becoming who you are meant to be.

It’s the relentless drive to find your worth—not through outside validation or external factors, but from within. It’s knowing exactly what you are worth, regardless of the world around you.

​ The Danger of the Wall

But here is the truth: Independence taken too far is just another form of internment.

It turns into hiding, shutting down, and building walls that keep everyone out.

That isn't freedom; that’s a self-made prison.

The Power of Choice

Independence is knowing you can do it on your own—but knowing you don't have to.

It’s knowing that you’ve healed enough to stop hiding, and that you have teammates who have your back.

​The Ultimate Freedom

Independence is making the choice.

It’s having the discipline to stand tall alone, and the courage to choose the right people to stand with.

I am independent, I am healed, I know my worth—and today, I’m choosing to build something better.

As the sun sets on the 20th June. I say goodbye to the first half of 2026. Its gone so fast and carried so much. What does tomorrow bring...
