BACK TO BASICS | SKIN CONCERNS 🤍
Skin can be confusing.
Is it dry or dehydrated?
Is that congestion or acne?
Why am I suddenly getting pigmentation?
And why does my skin seem to react to everything?!
The truth is, you can have more than one skin concern at the same time — and what your skin needs isn’t always as obvious as it seems.
That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and my absolute goal is to keep skin care simple!
My treatments are centred around skin health first, with the aim of understanding what your skin is doing and what we can do to support it.
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s ok. That’s what your consultation and skin analysis are for🤍
Save this post for when your skin is confusing you — and if you recognise your own skin in this carousel, send me a DM or book via the link in my bio.
Your best skin starts with understanding your skin.

✨ BACK TO BASICS: SKIN TYPES ✨
Let’s go back to basics 🫶🏼
Before choosing products, booking treatments or tackling specific skin concerns, it’s important to understand your skin type — because what works beautifully for one person might not be right for another.
In Part 1 of my Back to Basics series, I’m breaking down the 4 main skin types:
🤍 Normal
🤍 Dry
🤍 Oily
🤍 Combination
And remember — your skin type isn’t the same as your skin concern. Your skin type is largely determined by how much oil your skin naturally produces, whereas concerns can change over time.
Save this post for a quick reference & keep an eye out for Part 2, where we’ll be talking about common skin concerns 👀✨
What skin type do you think you have?

One treatment, so many skin benefits…
High frequency is one of my favourite add-ons because it works beneath the surface to support healthier, clearer skin.
The gentle electrical current produces oxygen-enriched molecules on the skin’s surface, creating an environment that’s less friendly for acne-causing bacteria. It also helps to calm inflammation, reduce redness and speed up the healing of active breakouts.
But that’s not all… High frequency also stimulates circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the skin, which can leave your complexion looking brighter, healthier and more radiant. It can even encourage collagen and elastin production over time, helping to improve skin firmness and texture.
Perfect if you’re struggling with breakouts, congestion, dullness or simply want to give your skin an extra boost💫
If I think high frequency will benefit your skin, I’ll incorporate it into your treatment. Every facial is tailored to your skin on the day, so you’ll always receive what’s most appropriate for your skin’s needs🫶🏼
