We started yesterday, Thursday, with two gorgeous evening Floating Sound Baths, and we’re back again today and Sunday.

✨ ONE YEAR AT THE SET ✨
Today is a very special day for Golden Essence Healing 🤍
It’s been one whole year since I started bringing my Floating Sound Baths to the beautiful surroundings of The Set Longevity Health Club in Little Baddow.
And what a year it has been. ✨
So many people have floated on the warm water, closed their eyes and allowed themselves 75 minutes to completely switch off, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other beautiful instruments.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has joined me over the past year, especially those of you who come back time and time again. 🤍
And there couldn’t be a better way to celebrate our first birthday than being back at The Set this evening, doing exactly what I love.

Join us this Friday 25th September at the beautiful The Set Longevity Health Club in Little Baddow for a deeply relaxing 75 minute Floating Sound Bath.
Float peacefully on the warm water while being immersed in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other healing instruments. ✨
Afterwards, there is time to relax in the lounge, enjoy your aftercare drink and slowly come back into the world. 🤍
