Saying “I am worthy” when you don’t feel worthy isn’t an affirmation, it’s an argument. And your brain will fight you on it every time.

❌ That’s why affirmations don’t work for most people.

You end up needing to do the healing work alongside the affirmation just to make it land, which slows the whole thing down.

QUESTIONS don’t need belief 🤯

Your brain can’t leave a question unanswered, that’s the RAS section of your brain at work 💃
It goes looking for the answer whether you want it to or not.

No healing required first.it simply wants you to be right 🙌🏼

Most manifestation advice tells you to force belief first. This bypasses that completely, you’re not trying to convince yourself of anything. You’re just handing your brain a question, and it goes to work finding the evidence.

That’s the pedestal: you stop waiting to feel worthy and just start asking as if you already are.
