Back to Nature Fest 26 is a day for the whole community, with plenty to keep younger visitors busy.

Children can make small gardens or model animals from clay with Yat Pottery, try painting with DTS Creations, visit Little Caerlicyn Flower Farm for a children’s lucky dip and much, much more.

They can also enjoy live music, watch traditional crafts in action and experience everything happening around the festival.

With adult entry at just £10 and free entry for children, the whole family can enjoy a day of nature, creativity and community.

Some workshops and activities have an additional charge.

Many of you know me as the face behind Time to Reflex, but this year I've also had the privilege of organising Back to Nature Fest.

Creating this festival has been a real labour of love.

My aim has always been to bring people together for a day that celebrates wellbeing, nature, creativity and community, while giving local businesses, therapists, makers and musicians the opportunity to showcase what they do best.

I truly believe we all benefit from slowing down, spending time outdoors, trying something new and supporting the incredible people in our local area.

Whether you've been to Time to Reflex before or we've never met, I'd love to welcome you to the festival.

Your support means the world, not just to me, but to every exhibitor, performer and small business that's making the day possible.
