Years of friendship…

“Does it hurt?”
No more than that comment you made about me in 2019.

“Can you use numbing cream?”
No. This is personal. 😂

“Why are you smiling?”
No reason whatsoever… hold still.

Obviously I’m joking 😂 — friends or not, everyone gets the same professional care, consultation and safe treatment.

But do I enjoy it slightly more when it’s one of my besties?

“How long should my Botox last?” 💉✨

One of the questions I get asked ALL the time…

Typically, your sprinkles of magic ✨ will last around 3–4 months — but please remember, everyone is different!

Some of you will get closer to 3 months, some 4 months and some lucky ones may get a little longer 🙌🏼

Things that can make a difference include:

✨ How strong your muscles are
✨ The area we’re treating
✨ The dose used
✨ Your individual response to treatment

And remember… Botox doesn’t suddenly disappear overnight 😂

You’ll gradually start to notice more movement returning as the treatment wears off — this is completely normal.

My biggest advice? Don’t compare your Botox to your bestie’s! 😂💉

💉 MIGRAINE RELIEF WITH SPRINKLES OF MAGIC💉

Did you know botulinum toxin isn’t just used for aesthetics?

Botulinum toxin can also be used as a preventative treatment for chronic migraine in appropriately assessed patients.

✨ How can it help?

Treatment involves a series of carefully placed injections across specific areas of the head, forehead, temples, neck and shoulders.

It works by reducing the release of chemicals involved in pain signalling and, for suitable patients, may help to:

🤍 Reduce the frequency of migraine attacks
🤍 Reduce the number of headache days
🤍 Reduce the severity of symptoms
🤍 Improve quality of life

Migraine treatment is very different from cosmetic anti-wrinkle treatment and requires a full medical assessment to determine whether it is appropriate for you.

💉 Treatment is typically repeated around every 12 weeks, depending on individual response and clinical assessment.
