I was lucky enough to be paced by an Under 16 Cumbria County Champion, who did an amazing job helping me keep the pace right from the start. 🙌🏃‍♂️

The weather was absolutely perfect for racing ☀️ and everything just came together today.

1st place 🥇 in the 1500m!

After all the training, sessions and hard work, days like today make it all worthwhile. 💪🔥

I just LOVE getting up, getting ready for work and heading into the salon… only to have a NO-SHOWS this morning. 🙃

Thankfully, I do have a cancellation policy in place, which means 100% of the treatment cost is payable for a no-show. This protects my time and my small business from completely losing the appointment.

✨ A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
✨ 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
✨ Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the treatment price.
✨ NO-SHOWS are charged at 100% of the treatment price.
✨ Hair extensions and toxin appointments require 100% payment upfront.

Please remember that behind every appointment is a real person, a business and valuable time.
