We’re so good at remembering everyone else’s birthdays, appointments and endless to-do lists. We carry the mental load, make sure everyone else is okay and somehow still keep everything moving.

Somehow, we’re the last thing on our own list.

My studio isn’t just where people come for beauty treatments. It’s where they come to switch off. To vent. To laugh. Or simply to enjoy an hour where they don’t have to think about anyone else.
