Just a reminder of my policy - failure to comply will result in no future appointments - this policy applies to everyone, friends&family. At the end of the day it’s myself that’s losing out on a wage as I have already stated. Thank you to everyone who cooperates and makes life a little easier✨🖤

Hi girls - an updated policy / few changes happening soon so please read when you get a chance😌

🍒Working hours; from September 1st I will be cutting down my evenings to 3 a week (4 if I absolutely need too) I haven’t figured out days yet but will update these as soon as with my last appointment time being at 6.30pm. I only work Mon-Friday.

🫧Replies; I take weekends off due to me working full time, so therefore no messages will be replied to during this time. Please do not persistently message me numerous of times with several messages, or message me on my personal Facebook. Chances are I have seen your message and will reply when I get a chance.

✨Cancellations - anyone who cancels in less than 24hours is required to pay the full amount of the appointment. The week before my holiday I had over £100 in cancellations within the space of 2 days! Failure to do so will result in no future appointments.

🌸Attending your appointment - as stated before my room I work from is small and therefore have no room for guests/children. Your appointment should be a time for you to relax. I find it hard to make this possible when I constantly need to have eyes on someone else: it’s just not physically possible.

🥥Please come to your appointment at the agreed time. No earlier or later unless I’ve asked you too. Anything over 15/20mins and I cannot proceed with the appointment especially if I am back to back with clients that day.
Please come to your appointment with no mascara on - this digs in to appointment time too.

🍋any issues with your lashes please let me know and I will happily bring you back to fix them free of charge if reported within 72hrs of your appointment. Anything over that time will incur of a small charge.

⭐️lastly, I have had a few clients say recently that their lashes don’t seem to be lasting as long as previous sets. We are currently in summer, the heat is up and down which affects our body/hair growth. Lash cycles occur every so often meaning new natural lashes grow through meaning lash shedding happens. Which unfortunately means the lash extensions don’t last as long as usual which is why it is important to maintain and keep up with appointments every 2/3 weeks. This will happen again when we go into the colder months so please be mindful of this too. I keep all my products the same so therefore there shouldn’t be any issues but if so please message.

There’s no age limit when it comes to lashes🖤

Not one but two cancellations in one day😭
I am so busy this week and have had to turn people away as I couldn’t get them booked in..

Cancellations on the day require 50% of the appointment, as I can’t get these gaps filled as such short notice. Failure to pay this will result in no further bookings without paying future appointments in full before coming.
I really hate doing this but it’s only me losing out on money and clients being turned away for an appointment they could have had.

Suppose I may go pack my suitcase🤣
