I don’t usually share personal things, but I’d like to share this.
Today marks three years since I quit smoking. 🚭

I’m proud of myself; it wasn’t an easy journey, but every single day was worth it. True, I did put on a few extra kilos along the way, but I don’t mind that at all. I know I can change that, too—just as I managed to quit smoking. ❤️

These three years have taught me that perseverance and determination can achieve incredible things. I believe I’ll reach my next goal as well.
