Perimenopause can feel dark.
Lonely.
Confusing.
But tonight proved something to me…
The woman who once whispered into her phone in the dark
can now stand and speak in the light.

And if you’re in that dark place right now
please know it doesn’t stay that way.

Growth doesn’t always look like money.
Sometimes it looks like confidence.
Sometimes it looks like courage.
Sometimes it looks like finally feeling like you again.
And that?
That’s priceless 💜

𝙀𝙠𝙠𝙠𝙠.
Today is my turn to deliver training to our teams!
𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙, 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨? 𝙔𝙚𝙨
𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤.

Honestly I cant wait.. and i think there maybe 1 or 2 new things learned!

Once I deliver this training I will be over here sharing with you all too. ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t make medical claims… but I can tell you what happened to me.

When I have my shake for breakfast, I don’t crave chocolate.

I don’t snack.
I don’t pick at cupboards.
When I stop the shakes?
The cravings come back.
That’s my experience.

Same routine. Same life. Same stress.
The only difference?
The shake.
I’m still working on my food relationship but this has made a noticeable difference for me.
