My cancellation policy will be strictly followed from 1st September. Most of this was already included in my previous policy, but I just want to make everything clear and fair for everyone. 🥰

My business is appointment based and this is my income — it’s what pays my bills and supports my family. When appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed, I’m often unable to fill that space.
