Hi George, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for today. I usually feel really anxious taking the boys for haircuts, especially with River and his impulsive behaviour, but you made the whole experience feel so calm and easy.

You put both boys at ease straight away, and I honestly couldn’t believe how well River sat and chatted with you. Seeing Raiin so relaxed that he even fell asleep was the biggest compliment!

Your patience, kindness and understanding meant more than you probably realise. I’ve left you a 5-star review because it’s was so well deserved. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again! 💜
