Winter bugs are doing the rounds 🤧❄️

A little sniffle might not feel like much to you, but it could have a much bigger impact on someone else. Please be considerate, reschedule if you’re unwell, and help us protect ourselves and those around us. 🤍

We love what we do, but our health and our clients’ health must come first. 🫶🏼

Another qualification, another way I can help you feel more at home in your body 🤍

I’m now certified in Myofascial Release for Scar Tissue through Jing Massage (who better?!)— and I’m so excited to bring this into clinic.

Scars aren’t just something we see on the skin. They can affect how we move, feel, connect with our bodies and even how comfortable we feel in ourselves. Having the knowledge and skills to work with scar tissue means I can now support clients with C-section scars, mastectomy scars and scars from surgery, injury or other procedures.

Because looking after your body isn’t just about fixing what hurts — it’s about feeling comfortable, confident and connected to it again. 🫶🏼

So… C-section scars, mastectomy scars & ALL scars — you’re welcome in my clinic. 🤍

Never thought I’d be able to walk to a game🤩

⚽️ NEXT UP

Otis and Dex actually set up for your Hailsham treatments xoxo

Me and Bonnie went out in the POURING rain and did some sand sprints (not my choice)👣

Gorgeous walks with Bonnie for a wholeeee week🫶🏼

Built Lego and had Bonnie snuggles to keep me sane🩵

Got into my favourite pair of going out trousers that haven’t fit for like 18 months- thanks Liv | Women’s Weight Loss Coach 💗

Completed my first park run (on a sprained ankle)- hoping to get one or two in this month🏆

September miles done! 💙

135 miles for mumsy & 62.8 miles for me, with £47 personally donated for my £1-per-massage-client pledge to Dementia UK. 🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who supported along the way! 🥰💙

SEPTEMBER’S CLIENT SHOUTOUT🫶🏼🩵

The classic saying is ‘I don’t have a favourite…’ and it’s true, I don’t have favourite clients- you’re all amazing and I’m so grateful for all of you!

But Claire does just sit ever so slightly above.

I’ve lost count of the amount of referrals Claire has gotten me and those clients have become regular visitors to the clinic. She buys her friends gift vouchers from me, and almost every session she tells me someone else she’s given my number too.

Not only that, Claire will always be the first to volunteer with any models I need, whether that’s a new massage treatment or more recently, my Kettlebell instructing assessment🏋️‍♀️

Thank you Claire, you’re my client of the month🫶🏼

If you have an appointment with me this week and have spare towels/blankets, please bring them with you and I will take them down to raystede 🥰

Stanley has alerted us to the fact that we need more blankets and towels!

We are urgently in need of thick, large, cosy blankets and good-quality towels for our rescue animals. Do you have any that you could donate?

Blankets help keep our dogs warm and comfortable in their kennels, while towels are used every day for everything from drying animals to keeping their spaces clean and cosy.

If you can help, we would be so grateful. You can donate items to us directly or purchase something from our Amazon Wishlist: www.raystede.org/support-us/amazon-wishlist/

If you can't donate, please share this post to help us spread the word. Thank you!

Stanley is also looking for his forever home. Could you help us find him a loving family? Find out more on our website: www.raystede.org/adopt/dogs/?animal=25463

The therapy they didn’t advise, but works better than anything they do🥰🥹🫶🏼
