Have you ever looked around at your beautiful life… and still felt strangely alone?
You’re loved. You’re needed. There are people all around you...
but when you’re so often the mum, partner, friend, carer, organiser, capable one… it can be surprisingly easy to lose sight of the woman underneath all those roles.
And sometimes independence quietly becomes isolation.
We say “I’m fine.”
We retreat into our heads.
We work it out ourselves.
We keep going.
This Full Moon in Aquarius brings a beautiful question:
Can I belong without losing myself?
With the Leo Sun highlighting the individual heart and the Aquarius Moon drawing us towards friendship, community and connection, we meet the bridge between:
✨ I - my needs, voice, boundaries, dreams and truth.
🐝 WE - friendship, support, community and belonging.
You don’t have to choose.
You can love deeply without abandoning yourself.
You can have boundaries and still have an open heart.
You can be independent and still receive support.
You can be fully you and deeply belong.
“We’re all just walking each other home.” - Ram Dass
🌕 The Courage to Be You, The Grace to Belong is my new 19min Full Moon in Aquarius EFT & Pathworking Journey, blending EFT tapping, heart coherence and guided reflection to help you move from the busy head back towards the heart.
🎥 Available now on the Bee’s Holistics YouTube channel.

If you’ve been feeling unseen, disconnected or tired of carrying everything yourself, perhaps this is your invitation. 🫶🏻
God is the Source. The modalities are gifts. The practitioner is a companion. And healing is the remembering of who we already are. 🐝

Some of the most important growth in your life will happen when nobody is watching.
Standing at Szentkút, I kept thinking about that..
This little sacred place has stood through prayer, pilgrimage, devastation and renewal. There is something about being there that reminds me what is protected and growing beneath the surface does not need an audience to have power. I need this reminder from time to time 🙏🏻
And maybe you need that reminder too.
Keep taking the small steps nobody applauds. If you share with me during your sessions, I will 👐🏻🫶🏻
Keep choosing the boundary.
Keep returning to prayer.
Keep breathing into your heart.
Keep tapping through the old story.
Keep receiving the care your body needs.
Keep choosing differently, even when nobody notices yet.
🌱 Roots grow in darkness before we ever see the flower.
Trust what God has placed within your heart. Trust that the quiet work matters. In time, what you faithfully tend can bear fruit.
For me, this is at the heart of Bee’s Holistics✨
God is the Source.
The modalities are gifts.
The practitioner is a companion.
And healing is the remembering of who we already are, as we gently rewrite the stories that made us forget 🐝
So if nobody has told you lately:
Keep going. Your blooming does not need witnesses to be real 💛🙏🏻

What does a Star Wars beach bag have to do with Grandparents’ Day? ⭐
More than you might think😉 🫶🏻
Today, we spent the afternoon at the Lido Park with my new Star Wars beach bag (thanks Várkonyi ), and one of the scenes is Luke fighting Darth Vader..I found myself thinking about the things we carry from the generations before us.
Some are obvious, such as traditions, recipes, sayings, little objects that somehow become part of the family story.
Others are quieter.
The way we learned to cope. React.
What we were taught about being strong.
Whether rest had to be earned.
Whether feelings were spoken about or swallowed.
Whether we learned to put everyone else first.
And growing grey hair and wrinkles 🙃has taught me something..
that honouring where we come from doesn't mean we have to carry everything forward.
Some generational things we choose to unlearn.
Others we hold close and carry with us, like love, humour, resilience, faith, stories, recipes…
Perhaps that's part of our work as the next generation.
Not rejecting what came before us.
Not blaming it, but becoming conscious enough to ask the questions boldly
What do I want to keep?
What can I gently put down?
And what do I want my children to carry forward from me?
On Grandparents’ Day, I'm grateful for the people and stories that came before me, and for the freedom to honour them while still growing in my own way🌿
Some generational things we choose to unlearn.
Others we hold close and carry forward 🫶🏻

What is something beautiful from your grandparents or family that you hope will keep travelling through the generations? 🐝

No fancy wellness routine. Just this😀
After another sunrise, many miles and finally spotting familiar Somló Hill on the horizon, we arrived 🇭🇺💛
Compression sleeves off. Shoes off. Feet in the grass.
No complicated practice. Just a little moment to notice:
I'm here. We've arrived.

Where's your favourite place to go barefoot? 🌱

Sometimes self-care is simply getting through the next thing… without carrying the whole journey in your head at once..from spinning washing machines and spinning thoughts 😅 to a 2:30am start, sunrise, travelling under the sea and finally watching the sun set in Würzburg. 🌅
Yesterday reminded me: one task, one breath, one mile at a time.
And somewhere along the way, the preparing stopped… and the living began. 💛

What would help you move from doing to living today?

A little reminder for me, and maybe for you too 🤍
You don’t have to wait until you’re completely exhausted to rest.
Unplug...breathe...be unavailable for a little while... 🌿🐝
Rest is part of the rhythm, not a reward for surviving it.

24/07/2026

Do you only give yourself permission to rest once you’ve completely run out?
When you’re the one remembering, organising, caring, planning and keeping everything moving, rest can easily become something you’ll get to later.
But you don’t have to reach exhaustion before you’re allowed to stop.
Today, instead of asking “Have I done enough?”, try asking:
💛 “What would help me feel restored?”
Then honour one small answer.
Because even a Jedi needs to put the lightsaber down sometimes 😉✨
Rest before exhausted you are. Wise, this is..
