One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "Will I bruise?"

The truth is, everyone responds differently. Some clients leave without a single mark, while others may experience a little bruising. Factors such as your individual anatomy, lifestyle, medications, supplements and even simple chance can all play a part.

If bruising does happen, there's no need to worry. It's a normal part of the healing process for some people and won't affect your final result. Most bruising gradually fades within 7–14 days.

If you've got a holiday, wedding or another special occasion coming up, it's always worth planning your treatment in advance. I usually recommend allowing around two weeks before your event so any swelling or bruising has plenty of time to settle.

Every face and every treatment plan is different, which is why I always tailor appointments around your goals, your lifestyle and your schedule. A little forward planning can help you enjoy your results with confidence.
