What our Skin needs in the Winter is very different to what it needs in the Summer.

So here are a few Summer Skin Care Tips:
💗Meet the minimum SPF 30 within all your sunscreen products
💗Apply your sunscreen 15 - 30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours
💗Avoid middle of the day sun exposure, and seek shade intervals regularly throughout the day
💗Moisturise daily to replenish hydration and health oils that the sun and heat can remove from the skin
💗Stay hydrated by consuming more water than usual
💗Avoid heavy make-up
💗Remember Eyes, Lips and Feet, these delicate and often forgotten areas can still burn and equally require moisturising and rehydrating
💗Include seasonal fruit and vegetables into your diet such as cucumber, melon and citrus
💗Opt for deeply hydrating skincare treatments, such as the hydrafacial
