A TASTE OF WELLNESS – OUR NEW WINTER HOME

We’re delighted to introduce
A Taste of Wellness — a new series of Goodlife Wellness events coming to
The Wellness Lounge, Garforth from the end of September.

As our beautiful bell tent prepares to retire for the autumn and winter months — she’ll be back again in the spring — The Wellness Lounge will become our new home for soundbaths, drumming and selected wellbeing experiences throughout the colder months.

And it feels like the perfect place for this next chapter.

A Taste of Wellness is about bringing people together and giving our local community the opportunity to experience different ways to relax, connect and simply take a little time for themselves.

Goodlife Wellness has never just been about treatments or events.
For us, it’s about people, community and connection.

Creating spaces where you can arrive exactly as you are.

Somewhere to slow down.
Somewhere to switch off.
Somewhere to meet others.
Somewhere to try something new.
And somewhere to feel genuinely welcome.

Our collaboration with The Wellness Lounge gives us a wonderful local space in the heart of Garforth where we can continue creating those experiences throughout autumn and winter.

And booking is now open for the first two A Taste of Wellness events.

DRUMMING FOR WELLNESS
Saturday 26th September
7.00pm
£12 per person

A relaxed and welcoming group drumming experience suitable for complete beginners. We supply all the frame drums, so just arrive and enjoy being part of the rhythm.

Caroline will greet you in reception before taking you upstairs to the community room where the session will take place.

CRYSTAL HEALING SOUNDBATH
Sunday 4th October
6.30pm
£20 per person

An evening to get comfortable, slow everything down and immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

Caroline will welcome you in reception before taking you upstairs to the community room.

Please bring a blanket, pillow and water for your comfort and hydration.

Spaces for both events are limited.

We’re incredibly excited to bring A Taste of Wellness to The Wellness Lounge and to see where this new collaboration takes us.

The bell tent may be resting for winter, but there is plenty more to come.

Drumming for Wellness – Harvest Moon Special

Join us under the energy of the Harvest Moon for a deeply relaxing and uplifting Roots of Rhythm Drumming for Wellness experience.

This is a perfect introduction for anyone curious about wellness practices but who may never have considered drumming before. No experience is needed at all — we provide all the drums and guide you every step of the way.

Drumming is far more than just music. It is a powerful wellness tool that can help you:

Reduce stress and calm the nervous system
Switch off from overthinking and mental noise
Improve mood and emotional release
Boost energy and motivation
Feel more grounded and present in your body
