GINNY🤎🖤I absolutely belly laugh with this woman. She brings me all the giggles and tells me I should write my own book. I see her every 4 weeks because she’s obsessed with her roots and in that time, we compete to see how much happens in and around our life and what has been a complete whirlwind since our last visit together. She’s the ‘ doesn’t want to be brown but doesn’t want to be black’ client so I always have to make sure we are in-between!!👀🪄

I don’t like to be the bare of bad news but I just wanted to remind everyone about my cancellation policy as I’ve had my first no show EVER since running my own business. I completely understand life gets in the way. As a busy mum of 3, life and running my own business by myself - trust me when I say this, I get it!

I’m available every single day of the week, so if something has cropped up or we need to rearrange, just let me know! We are all human; not robots and without you informing me, I simply do not know nor can I help you.

My bookings are all made via fresha and as per salon policy, all bookings will require card details at the time of booking. This is in place to help reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring appointments are available to clients who genuinely need them. ( in this incident tonight, I had been a little lenient and waivered my own card capture policy! 😣🫣 we live and learn.) Your card details are stored securely through Fresha and remain completely confidential – I do not have access to view them.

With that being said, I just wanted to thank you for your continued support. I have absolutely loved having you all, sharing gossip and just generally having such a fab time. All of the appointments that come through each day mean more than you could ever imagine. The reviews I’ve received blow me away which I will never take for granted and being selected for the TOP 5 RATED SALON IN LEICESTERSHIRE blows my mind every single time I think about it.

On that note, I hope you all can understand and I haven’t offended anyone.

WHEN BARBARA GIVES ME A HEART ATTACK…

My lovely Barbara visits me every 4 weeks or so. She has very thick, coarse textured hair. It’s very curly and wispy and generally quite difficult to style.

“ rachael, I have a picture to show you. I want it like this and I don’t want it cut around my ears. I want my hair to still cover them to around my ear lobe “ that was it, my heart stopped. What was on this picture!? “ I want a change and I want to go short”

well, that was it. How could I let my favourite down!? We sang, we danced and we let my scissors do the magic. 🪄 ✨ thoroughly love our time together and I’m already looking forward to our next one!🤎💇🏼‍♀️
