pumpkin whipped coffeešš
I am all here for cosy coffee season- trust me, but these 15°C temps honestly have me still craving a chilled afternoon coffee. i fancied a little throwback in the way of a lil dalgona latte- but with a pumpkin-y october twist- recipe is below for anyone fancying a tryāļøš§”

ingredients for 2//
4 tbspĀ instant coffeeĀ orĀ espresso
4 tbspĀ sugar
4 tbspĀ boiling water
400 ml plant milk of choice
4 tbspĀ pumpkin puree
1 tbsp honey or syrup of choice
pumpkin spice mix:
3 tspĀ cinnamonĀ
1 tsp ground ginger
1/3 tsp ground nutmeg
1. mix together pumpkin spice ingredients and set aside.
2. make the frothed coffee: add in the instant coffee, sugar, 2 tbsp pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice (leaving 1/2 a tsp for dusting) and boiling water to a bowl.
3. whip the mixture: using an electric mixer, beat for 3-4 minutes or until mixture is stiff and pale in colour.Ā
4. in a separate bowl, mix the remaining 2 tbsp pumpkin puree with honey.
5. prepare your glasses, and divide the pumpkin and honey mix between the two.
6. top with ice and divide almond milk evenly between the two glasses.
7. top each glassĀ with half the foam mixture. use a spoon or a straw to mix the mixture into the coffee.
8. top with a dusting of pumpkin spice before drinking and enjoy the cosy vibesšš«

pumpkin bunsšš how bloody sweet are these! not only do they taste delicious- especially with this whipped salted honey butter, but they just add such a festive something special to soup season ya know? and once you get the hang of the first few, theyāre surprisingly easy to make! swipe for the recipeā”ļøš

to make it//
200ml plant-based milk of choice
your fave hot chocolate
for the topping:
60ml plant-based whipping cream (I love plant-based )
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1. begin by whipping the cream with the honey and cinnamon until fluffy, and it is able to hold stiff peaks. divide into two bowls, and fold in the pumpkin puree to one of the bowls.
2. make up a cup of your fave hot chocolate ( Iām partial to the swiss hocho personally)
3. top with whipped cream mixture, alternating between the two and swirling with a straw or knife to create a blend of colour.
4. sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy
