How inspirational 👏

At his heaviest, Graham struggled to fit through the turnstiles when watching his beloved Ipswich Town and gave up going to matches 💔. Now, he’s an astonishing 17st (108kg) lighter after losing half his body weight – and says he feels 20 years younger. For a quick-fix dinner that’s full of flavour, it’s hard to beat this Chicken tikka balti from the Slimming World food range... at least in my opinion 😋! It’s handy for keeping in the freezer for when I don’t have the time (or energy!) to cook from scratch.
