Set within acres of beautifully manicured gardens, Wrest Park is one of Bedfordshire’s most breathtaking wedding venues and the perfect setting for L&A’s wedding.
With exclusive use of the historic house, the gardens and the beautiful Orangery, their day flowed effortlessly from one stunning space to the next.
The couple exchanged vows in the Library before stepping out onto the terrace for Aperol Spritz, sunshine and unlimited ice cream with their guests 😍
Later, everyone moved into the Orangery, transformed with soft draping and florals by
drap.d and The Flower Boutique | Wedding Florist & Venue Stylist , dinner by Portfolio Events before the • BROADWAY BAND • kicked off the party!
Our team was there quietly managing each transition behind the scenes, making sure our couple could simply enjoy every moment of the wedding they had planned.

A wedding timeline is important, but it does not manage itself.
You can have every supplier arrival, ceremony time, drinks reception, dinner call and key moment written down beautifully but when the wedding day arrives, someone still needs to manage the moving parts in real time.
Someone needs to greet suppliers and make sure they have what they need to set up, gather family and friends for group photos, so the photographer is not wasting time searching for people.
Someone needs to give speakers a quiet heads-up before speeches begin, so they feel prepared and update the caterer if photos or speeches overrun and service timings may need adjusting.
Someone needs to calmly adjust the plan when real life happens.
That person should not be you.

Even though we only booked Occasion Queens for ‘on the day’ coordination, they definitely were there for more than just the day!
A month before our wedding we then were lucky enough to be given Vicci to be our on the day coordinator.
She was the most calm, relaxed presence and was an absolute STAR.
Our call with her a month before was so organised and we knew she would be an absolute asset.
She listened to all our plans and also our worries - from back up plans for bad weather, to slightly difficult family/friend dynamics, there wasn’t anything that she couldn’t handle!
