This lady had specific areas of her facial structure that she wanted improved on.

As the face ages we lose fat and this can flatten the cheek and add to gradual drop that produces jowls, marionette lines to deepen as well as develop the sad looking smile.

Here we have added a very small amount of filler ott the cheek. Then the Mid-cheek has been restored which then help to reduce nasolabial troughs. We go to address the marionette lines. Finally treating the jaw and chin to give a more defined look with a natural reduction of sagging skin under the chin.
