Behind the Medicis vase lies a heritage of wax craftsmanship. Handcrafted in Portugal by the Manulena atelier, each piece is poured, smoothed, and polished by hand to reveal the wax’s opalescence. A porcelain biscuit cameo, applied with a delicate gesture, completes the iconic piece. A poetic reinterpretation designed by Studio Jean-Marc Gady and born from ancestral craftsmanship.
Wax in a new light…
Behind the silhouette of every Diptyque Médicis vase lies the time-honoured savoir-faire of the Portuguese manufacturer Manulena. Crafted by hand, each piece begins as molten wax, poured into a mold to find stillness and transform into its final sculpted grace.
