NEW 100% gluten free Japanese restaurant in London!! 🇬🇧🥢🤯 🔥 (Ad/invite)
📍 .mayfair
You guys probably know Japanese is my favorite cuisine of all time, but it’s so difficult to find celiac safe options. But London’s first 100% gluten free (and nut & celery free!) Japanese restaurant has arrived: MA/NA in Mayfair.
It’s definitely an upscale & luxurious spot, which is no surprise as it comes from the minds behind – ✨
We tried the tasting menu and it was very good (highlights in my video!) but there’s also an extensive menu of maki and nigiri rolls that I will definitely be trying next time.
Very excited to have this new option in London - let me know if you’ve been and what you think!

The BEST gluten free pre-theatre dinner in London 🇬🇧🍷
📍 The Port House London | Tapas Bar
It’s 98% gluten free, tapas style, and just perfect for a nice dinner before walking 5 minutes to a West End show!
Thank you to my pal Rachel - Gluten Free Travel Blogger who put this amazing restaurant on my radar earlier this year. It’s so worth a visit!
FINALLY REVEALING MY FAVE GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT IN LONDON ❤️🇬🇧
📍
Hehe this one is a VERY long time coming but I thought that after countless visits I should finally make a video about my fave pub in London! It’s certified since it’s part of the chain and it’s just the best.
Perfect for a day out walking and then a pub lunch! Lmk if you have any questions in the comments!

GLUTEN FREE LONDON 🇬🇧 (recently!)
Overdue for one of these, but here’s where I’ve been feasting in London as a celiac this late summer season!! Mostly I’ve been bopping around with travel & work but when I looked back I’ve actually had some delicious meals this summer!
Mixing it up with some new spots + old favorites (I don’t think I do a single one of these posts without sharing Gluten Freedom | Coeliac Chef and Mulata lol).
Let me know where you’ve been eating recently!! I have some VERY exciting meals coming up at bucket list spots, so will be sharing more soon! (Plus I’m very aware I need to share my gluten free South Korea and Norway content too lol….)
Gluten free travel can be a humbling experience tbh

Gluten free options at The Tacover Uk 🌮✨
I was heavily influenced by my friend 🍞 GLUTEN FREE ALEX 💼 to go to this taco festival!!
It’s always a bit nerve wracking going to a food festival as a celiac, when you’re not sure what the options for you will be. So I thought it would be helpful to share what I found! Personally I decided to only eat at fully gf stalls… and there were quite a few!
The Tacover runs this Saturday & Sunday! Let me know if you go, and what your fave taco was!! 🌮
