Remember the last post where we talked about how brown colours are made?

Blue/ black + red + yellow= brown

The more blonde a colour is, the more yellow it will have in it.

Unfortunately laser can’t really “see” yellow and it can’t target it for removal.

Switching to non-laser removal like will help lighten the unwanted yellow pigment.

It can be very satisfying. Results can make huge improvements in someone’s life.

But every once in a while someone will go to the wrong person and the results can be devastating.

This client had gotten her lips tattooed and they went outside the Vermilion border. She was then recommended to cover the pigment outside of the lip line with a flesh toned colour. But then the client wanted Removal.

When she went for Removal, the pigment turned dark grey.

This is because pink pigment and flesh tone pigment has white in it. This white colour contains a pigment that turns a dark when it zapped by laser.
