Dematting isn’t just combing hair. It’s patience, hydration, sectioning, detangling and preserving as much healthy hair as possible.

No judgement.

This crown didn’t become matted overnight, and it won’t be restored overnight either. But progress is progress. ❤️

This is DAY 1 of a full dematting journey.

After 7 HOURS of careful work, hydration, patience and detangling, we’ve only completed around 25% of the hair. 😮‍💨

People often ask why dematting costs what it costs. This is why. Every section has to be separated by hand while preserving as much healthy hair as possible.
