For Glen, the decision to have a deep plane facelift was not something he arrived at quickly. After a difficult experience at another clinic, it took him nearly two years to feel ready to try again, here in London.

What he describes from that point is not a transformation so much as a feeling of being properly looked after. From his first day with us, the patience and care shown by the whole team, and by Mr Supriya in particular, helped him feel at ease with a decision he had spent a long time weighing up.
He also mentioned something we hear often from patients: because we are independent and not tied to a larger group, the experience tends to feel more personal, closer to family than to a clinic visit. That matters to us as much as the surgical result itself.

Thank you, Glen, for trusting us with something you waited two years to feel ready for, and for your kind words about the whole team.

Feeling properly listened to during a facelift consultation in London made all the difference for this patient.

She had already spoken to other surgeons who offered their own opinions rather than listening to what she actually wanted. At British Face Clinic, she found the opposite: Mr Supriya took the time to understand her concerns, down to the smaller details, and the aftercare that followed was just as attentive.

Being heard is not a small part of surgery. It is the part that makes the rest possible.

Rhinoplasty Results | Two Weeks Post Op

At two weeks, this is still an early stage in the process. Swelling, particularly around the bridge and tip, is at its most noticeable in these first few weeks, and what is visible now is not the final shape the nose will settle into.

What rhinoplasty addresses depends entirely on the individual. In this case, the profile shows a reduction in the bridge along with a more balanced line from forehead to tip, planned in proportion to the rest of the face rather than to a generic idea of what a nose should look like.

The months that follow surgery matter as much as the surgery itself. Cartilage and soft tissue continue to settle, and the tip in particular can take the better part of a year to reach its final form. Patients are often surprised by how much changes between two weeks and six months.

A nose that looks right should feel like it was always there.

A good facelift or rhinoplasty in London should never announce itself, and Mr Supriya explains exactly why in this clip.

He judges a successful result by how little it is noticed rather than how much it changes someone's appearance. Friends and family often describe these patients as looking rested or refreshed without being able to say precisely why, which is the outcome he is aiming for. His approach, shaped by years of NHS and international training, is to protect a patient's identity rather than replace it.

The best results are the ones a patient stops noticing and simply enjoys.

If you have spoken to anyone at British Face Clinic before your first consultation, there is a good chance it was Holly.

As our Practice Manager, Holly is often the first voice patients hear and one of the last people they speak to before stepping into theatre. She holds together the parts of the process that are easy to overlook: the scheduling, the paperwork, and the small reassurances between appointments that make the whole journey feel less daunting.

It is a role that asks for patience as much as organisation. Patients arrive at different stages of readiness, some certain, some still deciding, and Holly's job is to meet each of them exactly where they are.

We think continuity matters as much as surgical skill. A good outcome is not only what happens on the day of surgery, but everything that holds a patient steady before and after it.

Thank you, Holly, for being the calm, steady point of contact so many of our patients have come to rely on.

For this patient, choosing facial surgery in London was never about transformation. It was an insurance policy: a quiet decision to look after how she ages now rather than react to it later.

She is candid about both sides of the experience: the support from the team whenever she needed to call, the harder days during recovery, and a result that left her feeling more confident rather than changed. As she puts it herself, anyone expecting cosmetic surgery to change their life needs a reality check.
The right reason to have surgery is rarely a dramatic one.

Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift | One Year Post Op

A deep plane facelift does not simply lift the skin. It repositions the deeper muscle and connective tissue beneath it, which is why the result tends to move and age in a way that still looks like the same person, only rested.

In this case, the necklift was carried out alongside the facelift to address the jawline and the loosening of skin and muscle along the neck, often one of the first areas to show change with age. Both procedures were assessed together so the balance between the lower face and neck would look proportionate rather than treated in isolation.

What is shown here is the result at one year, not at six weeks. Swelling and tissue settling after a deep plane facelift can continue for several months, and the early result is rarely the final one. The image at one year reflects a more accurate picture of what the surgery actually achieves once everything has fully settled.

A good facelift should not announce itself. It should simply look like time, given back rather than taken away.

Not every consultation feels the same, and that difference matters more than people expect. In this clip, one of our patients describes choosing facial surgery in London with Mr Supriya, after an earlier consultation elsewhere left her feeling rushed rather than reassured. Comfort and trust are not extras in this process. They are part of what makes a considered decision possible.

A good consultation should leave you feeling informed, not persuaded.

There is a particular kind of relief that comes from being able to breathe properly again, one that often means more to a patient than what they see in the mirror.

Preet came to us for a septorhinoplasty here in London, and ten weeks on, what stands out in her message is not only that the result looks natural to her, but that she can finally breathe properly too. For many people considering rhinoplasty, that second part gets overlooked. It shouldn't.
She also spoke about feeling properly looked after throughout, from her first consultation with Mr Supriya through to surgery day and the weeks of recovery that followed. That continuity of care is something we take seriously. A good surgical outcome should never come at the cost of a patient feeling rushed, uncertain, or unsupported.

Thank you, Preet, for trusting us with your care and for taking the time to share how it went.
