One of the most radical things we can do is become difficult to shame.
As kids, we’re raised on very long lists of don’ts. Good girls don’t want too much, don’t make people uncomfortable, don’t say no, don’t change their minds. Good boys don’t cry, don’t need help, don’t admit when they’re lost. Different lists. Same job: to keep us small, agreeable, easier to manage, and afraid to disappoint.
Becoming difficult to shame as an adult is a kind of rebellion. It’s knowing what you want — and saying it out loud. Having boundaries, and respecting other people’s. Disappointing someone and surviving it. Enjoying your body without apologising for it. Laughing during sx. Being genuinely kind without abandoning yourself in the process.
Yeah, it might cost you a few “good” points.
But it’ll give you freedom.
Imagine if that’s what we taught instead. Be curious. Be brave enough to change your mind. Know your boundaries. Respect other people’s. Want what you want. Love wholeheartedly. Laugh often. Be kind but don’t abandon yourself in the process.
Which rule are you ready to happily outgrow?
Nobody ruins intimacy by pausing. We ruin it by performing. By trying to create “the moment”, while in reality we can create so many...
Stop. Laugh. Change your mind. Cuddle. Start again, or don’t.
Sx that can be interrupted is sx you can actually relax inside.
What would you do differently tonight if you stopped chasing “the moment”?
I genuinely expected this to hurt… Felix tried it on himself first, and his skin stayed bright red for hours. I didn’t feel any pain. I felt good, in a peculiar way.
This made me think…
I’ve been living with some pain for months. My body has been dealing with a lot for a long time. Also people who menstruate often become surprisingly good at functioning through some discomfort, too. So am I functioning or numbing? That’s a good question…
Our nervous system is extraordinary.
Sometimes it protects us and turns the volume down.
And sometimes what we think we’ll suffer from… ends up feeling unexpectedly pleasant.
Bodies are weird. And so endlessly fascinating…
Many heartbreaks are acts of love. The conversations I’ve been having lately keep circling back to the same kind of heartbreak - the kind where no one has done anything truly wrong.
Those are often the hardest breakups, aren’t they? The ones where people genuinely love each other, just not in the way that allows each of them to flourish.
Slowly, a relationship begins asking us to settle for less than we truly want. Less honesty. Less growth. Less aliveness.
You can often feel where that path leads. If nothing changes, love slowly gives way to disappointment, resentment, or people becoming smaller versions of themselves.
There’s one question I come back to with my clients — and with myself — in both love and friendship:
❤️🔥 Do I love this person enough to want the very best for them, even if that isn’t with me?
Sometimes the answer is to stay, break old patterns, and grow together.
Sometimes the answer is to let each other go - for now, or forever.
Either way, I don’t think heartbreak is meant to make our hearts smaller.
I think heartbreak asks us to keep our hearts open. To learn how to love more truthfully.
This is one of the journeys I love supporting people through.
✨Have you ever loved someone deeply and still known the relationship needed to change?

We did it ✨ Pleasure expansion session has been filmed 🎥
International Labour Days used to be all about time off and BBQs. This time we were wired on excitement, full moon energy, and a sugar rush — and finished at 3am ⚡️
Your on-demand pleasure session is coming soon…
once we’ve slept a bit and edited it to our liking 🥰
One of the practices we’re preparing for you in the pleasure expansion masterclass got us to reflect deeply on this question: How do you create time for pleasure in your life?
Does scheduling pleasure help? What do we do when scheduled pleasure meets work and decision fatigue?
How do we create space for pleasure without feeling like it’s a thing on the to do list? What needs to happen so that it remains exciting - and a choice - even when you live together?
How do you angels do it?
Is pleasure your friend? How do you call it in? Or does it just arrive? That’s something we’ll soon find out… Figuring out what to put into that 2-hour journey for you these days. Filming next week - excited! 🤩 💃💃
We don’t talk about pain and pleasure like this enough.
I wasn’t feeling good when we started this practice. was swirling in waves of pleasure, churning that mill, moving that juiciness like the sxy goddess she is, and my body started where it started -
Cramps. PMT. Trying to find a way out of all of this discomfort. ⚡️
I didn’t try to numb it. I welcomed it, stayed with it, moved with it, breathed with it. Let my body be messy, uncomfortable. Chaotic a bit.
And suddenly, eventually, there was a release. There was space for something else.
There was pleasure… A lot of it… 🥰
We often try to escape discomfort.
But so much goodness can often open when you don’t.
This is what we’re preparing for you with our pleasure masterclass - not how to work with pleasure in perfect conditions. But in real ones. You’ve got to meet yourself where you are first, to then decide where you want to go with it x
Two weeks ago we hosted a very intimate sensual somatic evening. At some point, someone who had never experienced energy gasms before was having them, unexpectedly, for a while. A different dimension opened in their body that night, and we were there to witness it.
✨It was such a pleasure and honour to have facilitated it for them. It’s always so special to be there when the magic happens for others…
Now we’re in a loft, brainstorming with two cameras and three microphones, figuring out how to turn that ecstatic night into a 2-hour guided journey you can access from anywhere. Because the world needs more freedom in pleasure. And most people have no idea what their body is capable of.
But we’re so on a mission to change that…
Welcome behind the scenes of our new creation. More sneak peeks of how we’re developing it, rough and dirty, messy and unpolished, to come 🌺
