A new season, a slightly new rhythm.
Our October - December schedule is here, with a few changes we think youโll like.
More red light classes in our main Balham studio, more options during off-peak hours across both studios, and more restorative classes later in the evening for those days when you need to slow things down.
Plus, some lovely new faces joining our teaching team.
