You didnât start a business just to have it sitting on the back burner.
Youâve got the skills. Youâve had clients. You know thereâs potential.
But knowing what you want and actually making it happen are two very different things.
And sometimes, trying to do it all on your own is exactly whatâs keeping you stuck.
This is where I come in.
I help you work out what your business actually needs to grow, put a proper plan in place, and then hold you accountable for making it happen.
Not another six months of thinking about it.
Real decisions. Consistent action. Someone in your corner making sure you keep moving.
Because thereâs a big difference between having a business and building one that actually works.
Not sure whatâs holding yours back?
Start with my FREE Business Reality Check. Itâll help you take an honest look at where you are and what needs to change.

Sunday evening. That familiar feeling.
You start thinking about work tomorrow, or wondering whether whatever is currently filling your life is really what you want to be doing for the next 10 years.
Youâve thought about changing direction. Youâve looked at other possibilities. You might even have done some training.
But Monday arrives, life takes over, and nothing changes.
How many more Mondays are you prepared to do that?
This is exactly the point where I work with women. Not just to work out what they want next, but to actually start making it happen.
If youâre ready to stop having the same conversation with yourself, letâs talk.

I make a pretty good loaf of sourdough.
But nobodyâs expecting me to open a bakery.
And yet I speak to women whoâve spent 20 years becoming brilliant at their jobs, who feel they ought to carry on doing them simply because theyâre good at them.
Theyâve been thinking about doing something different for ages. Theyâve researched possibilities, talked about it, perhaps even made a few tentative plans.
But theyâre still there.
Because walking away from something youâve worked hard to become good at feels like a waste.
It isnât.
I changed career at 48. And I didnât throw away everything Iâd learnt along the way.
If youâre ready to stop debating whether youâre allowed to want something different and actually work out what comes next, thatâs exactly what I help women do.

I trained as a coach.
I learned how to coach.
What nobody taught me was how to turn that training into an actual business.
Who exactly was I going to help?
What was I going to offer?
How much should I charge?
How did I find clients?
Did I need a website?
An email list?
A funnel?
What on earth was I supposed to post about?
Luckily, Iâd actually done this before.
26 years ago, I learned how to sell myself as a professional singer.
14 years ago, I started and sold a ladiesâ choir from scratch.
Both of those things are still running today - essentially evergreen businesses that no longer need me constantly finding the next customer.
So when I started coaching, I wasnât starting from zero.
I already understood something incredibly important:
Being good at the thing isnât enough.
People need to know the thing exists.
Iâve still had plenty to learn - and plenty of trial and error along the way.
But itâs also why I now love working with people who are brilliant at what they do, have done the training, have the idea⌠and have reached the enormous:
âOK. Now what?â
You donât necessarily need another qualification.
You need to turn what you know into something people can actually find, understand and buy.
If youâre at the âIâve got the idea⌠now how do I make it a business?â stage, start with my free Business Reality Check.
Itâll help you work out what youâve already got - and what needs sorting next.

Maybe itâs not a midlife crisis. Maybe youâre just not done yet.
Iâve been saying this for a long time.
And yesterday, during a coaching session, a client came out with it!
âIâm not done yet.â
YES!
Because this is exactly what I want women to realise.
Youâve spent years building careers, developing skills, gaining experience, raising families, making decisions and dealing with everything life has thrown at you.
And now?
You might want something different. Something bigger. Something thatâs more YOU.
That doesnât mean youâre having a crisis.
It might just mean youâve got another chapter in you.
And you donât have to know exactly what that looks like yet.
Youâre not done yet. And thatâs a brilliant place to start.

Everyone has an opinion, donât they?!
Your friends, your family, your colleagues. They might mean well, but theyâre not the ones living your life.
And sometimes, with all those voices in your head, itâs hard to hear your own!
So hereâs a thought. What if you gave yourself a little time to work out what YOU actually want next?
Not what everyone else thinks you should do. What YOU want.
Thatâs exactly why I created my FREE What If? Check-In. A chance to stop, reflect and start exploring what your next chapter could look like.

Everyoneâs got an opinion about what you should do with your life, havenât they?
Your parents, your friends, your colleagues, even people you barely know!
And most of them mean well.
But hereâs the thing. Theyâre giving you advice based on THEIR experiences, THEIR fears and THEIR idea of success.
Not yours.
So listen, by all means. But donât let someone elseâs comfort zone become your limitation.
Itâs YOUR life. You get to decide what happens next!

Your dad thinks you should just stick it out.
Your mum friend keeps asking when youâre going back to a real job.
Your mother-in-law still doesnât understand what you actually do.
And your old colleagues think youâre mad to walk away from a perfectly good career.
Sound familiar?
Hereâs the thing. They donât have to understand.
Youâre allowed to want something different. Youâre allowed to change direction. And you certainly donât need anyoneâs permission!
Itâs YOUR life. What are you going to do with it?

So delighted to be featured in The i Paper today! A subject Iâm very passionate about - confidence in midlife for women.

And hereâs a quote from it: âWhen women first have young children,â she says, âthey likely shove their needs low down on the list, and job-wise theyâve perhaps gone part-time or given up work. Or they carry on working hard, bending over backwards to try and juggle everything, pretty much expiring from exhaustion in the process.
âThen, they hit perimenopause and might be rushing to meet work deadlines, but also still doing the laundry, helping the kids get through their GSCES and A-Levels, and getting them into university, and all those things which I know can pile on the pressure, because Iâve done them all.â
