My client wanted to bring her brunette back, remove the warmth and add a few very subtle highlights running through the hair to add softness, movement and light reflection.

To create this look, I:
✨ Added depth back into the hair with a rich brunette gloss
✨ put in handful of fine highlights to keep it looking natural

How can I go really blonde without harsh regrowth? ✨

My lovely lady wanted to feel much blonder, but still wanted a soft, blended balayage that would grow out naturally and allow her to go longer between appointments.

I created a bright face frame, an AirTouch balayage throughout and lightened the ends for an extra pop of blonde.

K18 was used throughout to help protect the condition of her hair while we lightened it.

The result is a bright, blended blonde with softer regrowth, perfect for anyone who wants to be blonde without needing constant root appointments 🤍

Feeling incredibly proud to be a finalist in the Hair Colour Specialist and Best For Blonde categories at the Hair & Beauty Awards 2026.

This is now the forth time I’ve been recognised by the Hair & Beauty Awards, and with Hair To Dye For turning six years old this July, it feels pretty special.

Two years ago I was recognised as one of the Top 50 Home Salons in the UK. Last year I received the Highly Recommended Award.

This year I’m in a category that feels completely aligned with what I love most… colour.

Blondes, brunettes, balayage, dimensional colour, colour corrections… I genuinely love every part of it.

There’s no better feeling that when one of my ladies sees her hair smiles in the mirror and says “I love it!” Or when they walk out swishing their hair and with a skip in their step. I’ll never get tired of that 🥰

This lovely lady wanted something that worked with her natural colour but still felt a little blonde.

After previously going very heavy with bleach (not by me) today we focused on her hair health, working towards improving the condition, whilst making it more manageable.

So we added teasylights through the top, a face frame for brightness and toned everything into a soft dark blonde balayage.

The result?

Bright.
Softer.
Bllended.

And most importantly, a colour that will grow out beautifully between appointments

All finished with a deep conditioning treatment ✨

Fine highlights throughout to brighten and blend, followed by a toner to neutralise warmth and keep the blonde soft, creamy and fresh.

We also added 14-inch extensions for a little extra length and thickness… shhh, it’s our secret 🤫
